These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software, websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Rentru ("Rentru," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. The Service
Rentru provides a software-as-a-service platform that includes a branded customer-facing website hosted on a domain you control, together with backend tools for bookings, contracts, payments, CRM, automations, and inspections, designed for car rental, chauffeur, and yacht charter operators. 4. Subscription, Fees, and Taxes
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees, billing intervals, and included usage are presented at sign-up or in your order form and may be updated with reasonable notice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, exclude applicable taxes, and renew automatically at the end of each term. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service, other than taxes on Rentru's net income.

15. Term, Suspension, and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or pose a security or legal risk. Either party may terminate for convenience at the end of the current subscription term. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. We will make Customer Data available for export for a commercially reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
16. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rentru regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
